Living in sync with my cycle changed my life, and I want to bring that magic to others. I am an integrative nutrition health coach who blends health coaching frameworks with yogic practices to help you reclaim your wellness and naturally support the healing of your hormones. I deeply believe that incorporating mindfulness and whole body mentalities makes your healing journey sustainable and joyful.  
Exploring your cycle living journey with me means that we will leverage  your hormonal health to tune into the magic, wonder, and science of being a woman. We will celebrate and honor that our female bodies experience very real, dynamic changes throughout our 28(ish) day cycle. By eating certain foods, doing specific exercises, and framing our life goals in sync with each phase in our cycle, we tap into our natural rhythms and power. 
I am not here to be your hormonal health expert or a doctor if you have a serious hormonal imbalance. I am here to be your health coaching guide and confidant, to help you navigate this journey with joy, and weave yoga and mindfulness into every element of your cycle living experience.
