Hi, I’m lex.

I am a registered yoga teacher, an integrative nutrition health coach, and fierce advocate for women’s hormonal health. For as long as I can remember, I have been searching for the tools and practices to unlock a fulfilling, authentic, healthy life. Each step farther down this path has ushered more joy and freedom into my world, and motivated me to share my learnings with others.

I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2016, and recently completed my second training in the spring of 2021. Throughout these trainings, I came to fully realize the power and influence yoga can have on our lives. Certain burdens and emotional weights I had carried my whole life were lifted; since that moment, I knew that if I could gift this to just one other person my life would be complete.

Parallel to my yoga journey, I underwent a hormonal health awakening. Sparked by some mild hormonal imbalances, I began to dive deep into the philosophies of living in sync with my cycle. I wholeheartedly believe that this approach to living is the final key for all women to unlock their health and wellness aspirations. Living in sync with my cycle changed my life, and I want all women to understand the potential that exists when we embrace our natural magic.

The wondrous connection of yoga practices and cycle living is a gift I want to bring to the world- to you.


My offerings

 

We are complex, dynamic beings and our quest for health and wellness requires a holistic approach.

To find and ignite our true selves, we have to light up every aspect of our soul and spirit. We have to honor our bodies with gooey movements and a lifestyle that feeds our body well. We have to unlock our potential by honoring our minds with awareness, mindfulness, intention and honesty. We have to tap into our energetic potential by honoring nature and the universe.

 

Yoga

By nature, we are physical beings and yoga gives us the tools to tap into something more. Something that ignites the soul, opens up doors to our deepest parts, and celebrates the gooeyness that is life.

The only requirements to practice yoga are a body and open mind and if you are here, you have already taken the first step.

Health Coaching

Living in sync with your cycle and understanding your hormonal health is tuning into the magic, wonder, and science of being a woman. Honoring that our bodies experience very real, dynamic changes throughout our 28(ish) day cycle and shaping our life to leverage those nuances and expand our wellness.

Cycle living is a practice of making adjustments to your life to reach your full potential.
